Product Information and Pricing

fanmall Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If a mistake appears in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that mistake and cancel any order placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For goods that naturally vary (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and safety warnings are supplied for reference only; fanmall Store cannot guarantee that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
